Learn by Following the Flow
The pacer uses a soft, expanding aura that shifts color organically between inhale, retention, and exhale phases. Warm coral tones signal expansion; cooler tones indicate release.
No lengthy text is required — the interface itself teaches the rhythm. Transitions are timed to a resting pace of approximately 60–70 beats per minute.
Zen Focus Mode
When a session begins in Focus Mode, all navigation and text fade away, leaving only the breathing fluid indicator on screen for uninterrupted practice.
How to Use Focus Mode
Click "Zen Focus Mode" before or during a session. The screen transitions to a clean, distraction-free view with only the kinetic pacer visible.
Press the exit button in the top corner to return to the full dashboard. Your session settings remain preserved.
